O serviço de Recursos para 2ª Fase OAB Pesonalizados é realizando em duas etapas, sendo a primeiramente a análise da possibilidade de majoração da nota e posterior elaboração personalizada da minuta recursal.
Sobre nosso serviço
A via recursal na 2ª Fase da OAB é indicada para examinandos que acreditam ter algum erro na correção de sua peça e/ou questões discursivas.
O prazo é bastante apertado, exigindo celeridade e precisão do examinando. Diante disso, elaborar um recurso objetivo, personalizado e técnico é essencial para seu provimento e consequente aprovação do recorrente.
O serviço de Recursos para 2ª Fase OAB Personalizados do Curso Prova da Ordem consiste na análise da possibilidade de majoração da nota e posterior elaboração personalizada da minuta de recurso, em observância às melhores práticas recursais e dentro do prazo disponível para protocolização.
Limitamos esse serviço aos primeiros 100 interessados. O prazo para contratação do serviço abrirá provavelmente no dia 11/01. Os interessados deverão realizar o pagamento integral no valor de R$ 480,00 podendo o valor respectivo à elaboração do recurso ser eventualmente ressarcido.

Contratação e Pagamento
A contratação do serviço é feita por este site, através do botão "Contratar Recurso" em cor verde. O pagamento deve ser feito preferencialmente por cartão de crédito. Não aceitaremos pagamentos via boleto bancário
Análise de sua Prova
A análise de sua prova será realizada por nossa equipe de professores a partir do momento que recebermos a confirmação de pagamento dos serviços de análise e elaboração da minuta. Caso a análise não vislumbre possibilidade de majoração de sua nota de forma suficiente para reverter a reprovação, não daremos continuidade na elaboração da minuta recursal. Nesse caso, o valor pago pela elaboração da minuta será ressarcido em até 4 dias úteis
Envio da Minuta Recursal
O envio da minuta recursal será efetuado até as 12h do dia 12/09. Caso o recorrente discorde de algo relacionado à analise ou minuta recursal, poderá reportar um problema, o que abrirá um chamado para nossa equipe de revisão. Vale salientar que é o próprio recorrente que deverá acessar o site da FGV para protocolar seu recurso
